By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and keeping it current. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Market data is sourced from publicly available APIs and third-party providers — we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASTROSTONKS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Financial losses resulting from reliance on any content on the Service
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that you may bring individual claims in small claims court.

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
